Barnett Property Management has put together a team of preferred contractors to help make repairs more cost effective and reliable. A typical rate for general repair and maintenance in our coverage area is $55-$60 per hour. 

We offer these services to you at only $45 per hour!

Our specialists such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians are available at their standard retail rates. (The same price if you called them yourself)

All our preferred contractors have a certificate of liability insurance on file.
